Operations / Replenishment Consultant (5799) (closed)

Our boutique consulting client is looking for a resource to join their team working on a major client initiative aimed at improving ontime and complete %. Their client is in the construction materials business and serves both Retail and wholesale channels.

The resource should have the following experience/expertise:

• Strong lean expertise (focused on principles not specific tools), and experience running Kaizen events
• Production and replenishment planning and execution experience
• Experience developing pull replenishment systems
• Strong communications and change management
• Good analytics - but team has support of strong analysts
• Strong business acumen and flexibility to adjust as needed

Timing is immediate, 1st phase 10 - 12 weeks, but expected to extend.   The initial phase is planned for 35 days over 10 weeks, but additional phases could be full or part time.

Work involves travel and onsite requirements at plants in VA and NC
